Brass Bibcock

Our bibcocks are generally made of CW617N or CU57-3 brass. We also use CW602N brass, CW625N brass, CW725N brass, etc., as the raw materials for bibcocks body and internal parts such as balls and spindles. Various surface treatments can be offered according to customers' requirements, such as nickel plating and polished chrome plating.

We have three different types of bibcocks available in heavy model, normal model and light model which are mainly different in weight. The regular sizes of bibcocks are 1/2", 3/4" and 1". Four different types of handles can be customized according to customers’ requirements, including steel handle, aluminum handle, butterfly handle and ABS handle.

Every single bibcock will be tested by using water pressure machine before sending to customers, to ensure the leakproofness of the product. Endurance tests for bibcock are also done frequently to make sure the products can be “open-close” for minimum 10,000 times.
