• Reliable raw materials

  The raw materials of brass rods are generally CW617N, and CU57-3, meeting European standards. We implement strict inspections throughout every step of production. Every batch of purchased materials must come with material analysis reports, and unqualified materials will not be put into storage. Meanwhile, we also conduct random inspections on materials to ensure that the elements in the brass materials meet the standards.

• Precision machining

  Equipped with CNC lathes, machining centers and 15 “thread specialized” machines, we can achieve a machining precision of 0.02mm. Every year, we spend 20% of our annual net revenue to update our machines.

• Custom service

  We can customize valves and fitting in a variety of shapes, materials, weights, and sizes. Additionally, we can also design products according to your requirements, and support OEM / ODM production and bespoke manufacturing according to drawings or samples.
