About Us

Located in Zhejing province, Vandf was founded in 2000. At the beginning of its founding, Vandf covered an area of less than 300 square meters and produced mainly valve accessories of limited types, such as various spools, stems, and valve bodies with only 10 staff members. The past 20 years have witnessed the rapid growth of Vandf which now has two plants, one in Zhejiang province and the other in Jiangsu province, and its area totals 20,000 square meter accommodating over 200 employees.

The types of Vandf’s products have also undergone immense transformation from initial valve accessories to a wide range of products. For instance, ball valves, angle valves, manifolds, brass fittings and so on. Vandf can meet your demands for every kind of product.  Take brass fittings for example, AL-PEX fittings, press fittings, soldering fittings, compression fittings, and thread fittings are all available. When it comes to ball valves, Vandf offers various kinds of products, ranging from heavy, medium to light ball valves. Manifolds, likewise, are of great diversity with sizes from 3/4" to 1-1 / 4" and thread sizes of 16 × 1/2 ", 22 × 18 and 24 × 19 catering to the needs of markets.

The customers of Vandf are distributed globally throughout France, Belgium, Italy, Japan, Brazil, Chile, etc. in addition to China.

Quality brass raw materials

We use brass as the primary raw material for our valves and fittings because of its numerous advantages, including processing simplicity, rust resistance, and brass does not impact water quality.

The minimum standard of materials we use is CU57-3, but our most commonly used material is CW617N which meets European standards. Each batch of purchased materials comes with a material analysis report, and any unqualified materials will not be placed in our storage facility. We also conduct random inspections on materials to ensure that the elements in the brass materials meet our high standards.

CNC machining with high precision

Our production facility is equipped with CNC lathes and custom machinery utilized for thread cutting and rolling, allowing us to produce valves and fittings with excellent precision and uniformity.

Mass production

The majority of our 200 workers are skilled technicians with more than 10 years of operating experience. They help us realize high production efficiency and exert strict control over product quality.

Our production equipment is updated every year and configured for optimal performance. We are equipped with CNC machine tools as well as specialized equipment for thread cutting and rolling. Utilizing automatic equipment, we have the capabilities to fulfill high-volume orders without sacrificing quality whatsoever.

Our technical director has 25 years of experience in valve and fitting industry and is one of the best technicians in this industry. He leads a technical team of 10 people. Our technical team can accurately grasp the customers’ intentions and put forward reasonable suggestions and reference opinions on the design from customers’ perspective, and timely produce products that meet customer needs.

Reliable quality

We maintain strict control over the quality of our valves and fittings. All products are delivered only after passing five inspection procedures: raw material inspection, production process inspection, semi-finished product inspection, assembly inspection, and pre-shipment inspection.

Measuring tools for inspection are tested semimonthly and replaced in a timely manner.
